If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a free return within 60 days of purchase. Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. Please note to utilize free returns, the package must be sent physically. Please note that the return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns. Please read the content as follows.

Our procedure of goods returned

Please contact our customer support via e-mail or online  Contact Us during our working hours.

Our customer service will respond to your questions from 8:00 am (EST) 8:00 pm.

Our team will address your issues and concerns according to your specific requirements.

Please inform us of your request of refund, return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods.

All goods (undamaged, in its original) must be returned to us via express delivery.

You have to bear the cost, for us to redeliver goods if you want an exchange.

No fee or cost is applied for any return and refund .

Payment means for refund: credit card.

Custom and personalized products are final sales, they are not returnable.

We will provide you with information of returns via e-mail.

After receiving returned goods, we will arrange a full refund.

Orders for returns require order number to be written on the outside of the package.

Refund Policy

The Billing Terms and Conditions form part of the Customer Agreement between the Customer ("you") and the Service Provider.

References in these Billing Terms and Conditions to "$" are to US dollars. We only refund the method of payment credit card provided (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc) for payment your (goods) charge.

We will despatch Bills/Receipts to you by post or deliver in accordance with your package (goods) delivery.

If you request to refund your charge, and subject to our customer services agreement, the charge will be refunded to your account within 7-14 working days.
